If you place a order for a finished item that you have seen on this web site, you do have the opportunity to wait and see it in real life before you decide it is for you. I realize that with all the time I have put into taking the best possible photographs of the 3 dimensional jewelry design, an image on the web is not the same as holding it in you hand. I will not even consider it purchased until 10 passed from the time you received it. Items must be returned within 10 days after you receive the package with all packaging in new condition.
I will gladly refund the purchase price of the piece of jewelry that is returned in the condition it was received, less all shipping and handling cost.
Special custom orders can not be refunded as they are made to order on request, of course with any special custom orders we would communicate i about the design in person through emails or on the phone to avoid any mistakes or miscommunication. If for your own personal reasons you should decide to cancel a special order which has already been started , any deposits made previously can not be refunded.
When a piece I have made is worn and cared for properly I guarantee it fully for the life of the purchase against any defects.
